Similar to Forest Woods, it is also a 99 years project at Paya Lebar Central, and the pro about this project is it belongs to a mixed development where there are nearby amenities like eateries and shopping centre right below your condo. Mixed developments like The Poiz Residences has enjoyed the taste of success and hence the trend of mixed dev will be a plus for Park Place Residences.

International developer, Lend lease is never cheap on their project, and of coz the quality of the project should be on the top quality sector. Nothing beat a mixed development for me, as at the conveniences to amenities and transport matter to me and my family. Waiting for the price to be announced and will make the decision.
